We use our in house wave soldering machine to complete about 20,000 PCBs per year for our current customers. Some of our surface mount PCBs are loaded by external associated companies. The majority of our current production is through hole due to the large number of components that are Power or EMC orientated. We refer here to TRiacs, inductors, transformers and other devices that do not lend them selves to surface mounting.
