Support Heading

At Masters & Young, we offer high-quality PCB design assembly, and manufacturing services designed to meet the needs of today’s most demanding electronic applications. With decades of experience and state-of-the-art in-house manufacturing capabilities, we deliver reliable, standards-compliant assemblies that support industries including defence and aerospace, medical, mining, renewables and more.

We use both Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and Through-Hole Technology (THT) to provide full-service PCB board assembly solutions from prototyping to production runs.

Full-Service PCB Board Assembly

Sub heading sits right here

Our PCB board assembly process is built around efficiency, repeatability and quality. All work is completed at our Brisbane-based facility using advanced SMT and PTH production lines.

Our services include:

  • Single and double-sided board assembly
  • Mixed-technology (SMT and THT) capabilities
  • Leaded and lead-free soldering
  • Fine pitch component placement
  • Conformal coating and encapsulation (optional)
  • Prototype and low-volume runs through to full-scale production
  • We support a wide range of board types, including rigid, flex and rigid-flex PCBs.
Industry-Standard Quality and Testing

Industry-Standard Quality and Testing

Masters & Young is AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 certified, committed to maintaining the highest quality control at every stage of the assembly process.

Every assembled board undergoes rigorous testing, which may include:

  • Automated Optical Inspection (AOI)
  • Flying Probe Testing
  • Functional Testing
  • X-ray Inspection (for BGAs and leadless components)

We build to IPC Class 2 or Class 3 standards depending on the needs of your industry or application.

Assembly Support and Engineering Insight

We go beyond production. Our engineers are available to support your project from early design through to delivery with:
